Helixa has no login and no demo account. Most answers live in the app. If you still need help, email hello@helixapeptidecalculator.com.

Restore purchases

Open Helixa → More → Unlock Premium → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account that bought Helixa Premium.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by Helixa directly.

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Helixa Premium → Cancel.
• Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Helixa → Cancel.

Deleting the app does not cancel auto-renew.

Where is my data?

Logs stay on this device. There is no Helixa account and no Helixa cloud in v1. More → Export JSON writes a file you control. More → Reset all data wipes the on-device log, cycles, inventory, and the disclaimer gate.

The calculator is free

Reconstitution and draw-volume math are free. Premium unlocks supply planning, the rest of the catalog, unlimited history, analytics, and export. Onboarding is not a paywall.
