Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Helixa mobile app (“Helixa”). By downloading or using Helixa you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The Privacy Policy and Disclaimer are part of these terms.
What Helixa is
Helixa is a research and education reconstitution calculator and private on-device log. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or sell peptides. You enter every figure. Catalog numbers are commonly discussed ranges, never prescriptions or orders.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Helixa on devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store or Google Play terms. You may not reverse engineer, scrape the catalog for a competing service, or use Helixa to sell peptides or grey-market supplies.
Premium subscriptions
The calculator is free. Optional Helixa Premium unlocks the full catalog, unlimited log history, on-device analytics, JSON export, and cloud backup when that feature is turned on.

Prices shown are the USD list prices in the app when the store is unreachable. The amount charged is the price displayed by Apple or Google at purchase, in your local storefront currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime is a one-time unlock of Premium features. Catalog updates are not guaranteed after a future subscription-only change.
Restore
Restore Purchases is on the Premium sheet in Helixa (More → Unlock Premium). Use it after reinstalling or on a second device signed into the same store account.
Your responsibility
Technique, sourcing, legality, and medical care are yours. Talk to a licensed clinician. Helixa does not list vendors or take checkout for peptides.
Acceptable use
Do not use Helixa in any way that is unlawful where you are. Do not present Helixa output as a prescription, clinic order, or medical advice.
Disclaimer of warranties
Helixa is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that calculations, catalog ranges, or supply plans are complete, current, or appropriate for any person. Arithmetic errors and catalog mistakes are possible.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helixa and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of the calculator, catalog, or log. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Helixa Premium in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
